Opening in limited release this weekend is this new documentary No Impact Man, which essentially calls the world out for wasting so much. Wasting excess garbage; wasting excess brain cells and general health every time we use carbon-releasing forms of transportation (cars, planes, trains, etc.); wasting years on our life by eating foods that are made thousands of miles away in factories that mass produce toxic edibles. The points are valid, albeit presented in a polarizing and somewhat-gimmicky manner. But No Impact Man finds a way to deliver the thematic goods in a digestible way.
